I’m Chyna, a NYS Licensed Cosmetologist, Certified Hair Loss Practitioner, and Certified Scalp Rejuvenation Specialist specializing in healthy natural hair, scalp rejuvenation therapy, and hair loss support in Rockland County, NY. My focus is helping women and men restore, retain, and grow their natural hair through customized scalp treatments, extension-free protective styling, silk presses, and long-term maintenance plans. Every appointment is a private, one-on-one experience designed to assess your hair and scalp health, identify concerns, and create a clear growth plan. This is not just a styling service; it’s a healthy hair partnership. New & Returning Clients: All new clients are required to book a New Client Package to properly assess your hair and scalp and begin your healthy hair journey. If you have not been serviced within 3 months, you will be considered a new client and must book a New Client Package to have your hair and scalp re-evaluated. Booking & Payment: • A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment and goes toward your final service total. • A 3.60% convenience fee applies to all card payments. Appointment Guidelines: • Ages 7+ only. Children’s services are priced the same as adult services due to the time and care required. • Due to limited space, no additional guests are permitted. • A 15-minute grace period is provided. At 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee applies. **If I am still able to accommodate you beyond 15 minutes, an additional $1 per minute will be added. Accommodation is not guaranteed and depends on the time available for your service. ** • At 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show. If you do not see your preferred date available, please contact me directly. Cancellation & Rescheduling: A 100% cancellation fee applies to no-shows, cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours, and arrivals 30 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time. Any appointment changed within 24 hours is considered a late cancellation, even when moving the appointment to another date. Retainers and cancellation fees do not transfer. A new retainer is required to rebook. Refund Policy: All sales are final. Once a service has been completed, refunds will not be issued.
