Welcome to The Starr Touch! I’m Chyna, a NYS Licensed Cosmetologist, Certified Hair Loss Practitioner and Certified Scalp Rejuvenation Specialist. I specialize in natural hair care, scalp rejuvenation therapy, and hair loss solutions. I’m passionate about helping clients of all textures restore and maintain their natural hair through personalized treatments, styling, and education. Each appointment is a comfortable, one-on-one experience in a safe, supportive environment where your hair goals are prioritized. All New Clients are required to book the New Client Package. This ensures your hair gets the full works to start you on your healthy hair journey! Returning Clients: If you have not been serviced by me within 6 months, you’ll be considered a new client again and must book the New Client Package. This helps me properly assess your hair and scalp before continuing regular maintenance. Booking Retainers are required to secure your appointment. They are non-refundable and go toward your final service. A 3.60% Convenience Fee will be added to all payments made by credit card. This fee will be due at the time of debit/credit card payment and is non-refundable. • Squeeze-In Appointments are an additional $50. • If you are booking for a child (Ages 7+ only), please understand their prices are the same as adults, as they require the same, if not more, time and care. • Due to limited space and Covid-19 precautions, please do not bring any extra guests or children. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, please communicate if you’re running a bit behind. After 15 minutes, there is a $15 late fee. After 30 minutes, the appointment will be treated as a no-show and charged per the cancellation policy. If there is a day that you would like but do not see a time, contact me! CANCELLATION POLICY
A 100% cancellation fee applies for all no-shows, including cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or arriving more than 30 minutes late. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booked service. Last-minute cancellations affect not only my schedule but also clients waiting for an appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged the full service fee of your booking. Please note that retainer fees and cancellation charges do not roll over. If you choose to rebook, you will need to pay a new retainer fee. Thank you for respecting my time and business—I truly appreciate your continued support and understanding.
