At The Starr Touch, my goal is to provide each client with a comfortable and professional salon experience. As a licensed cosmetologist since 2017, I specialize in natural hair care and styling, offering expertise in maintaining and enhancing healthy hair. I am passionate about working with clients who are committed to their hair’s health and overall journey. ** All New Clients are required to book for a New Client Package. This ensures your hair gets the full works to start you on your healthy hair journey!** Booking Retainer’s are required to secure your appointment and are Non-refundable and go towards your final service. A 3.60% Convenience Fee will be added to all payments made by credit card. This fee will be due at the time of debit/credit card payment and is non-refundable. • Squeeze In Appointments are an additional $50. • If you are booking for a child (Ages 7+ only), please understand their prices are the same as adults. They require the same, if not more time as adults. • Due to limited space and Covid-19 - Please DO NOT bring any extra guests/children. There is a 15 minute grace period for late arrival - Please communicate if you’re running a bit behind. After 15 minutes there is a late fee of $15. After 30 minutes, appointment will be treated as a “no-show” and you will be charged as per the cancellation policy. If there is a day that you would like but do not see a time - contact me! Cancellation Policy
There is a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows (including no call or later than 30 minutes past the scheduled appointment) or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. No-shows will be charged 100%. Without enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients waiting for an appointment miss out on a service. It is my goal to provide my clients with exceptional service. If you happen to cancel under 24 hours, you will need to re-book your appointment and pay for your service. Retainer fees do not roll over. I thank you for understanding and for your continued business with me.
